Psychotherapy
Nigel works with men and individuals who want to regain balance, clarity and confidence in their lives. He provides professional psychotherapy, specialising in men’s mental health and personal development.
He understands the unique pressures men face - from expectations around strength and success to the challenges of expressing vulnerability. Whether you're struggling with relationships, anger, identity, feeling unworthy or or feelings of being overwhelmed, unworthy or stuck - this is a space where you can speak openly, without judgement.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. You just need to be ready for honest conversations and new ways to move forward.
Nigel’s approach is:
Straight-talking but compassionate
Solution-oriented
Grounded in proven therapeutic methods
Respectful of your values and individuality
Engaging in Psychotherapy is not a weakness. It’s about self-awareness, leadership and taking responsibility for your mental health. Your wellbeing matters - and you don’t have to handle it alone.
Nigel works with men navigating:
Relationships & Marriage - Communication breakdown, separation, rebuilding trust, and fatherhood challenges.
Anger & Emotional Regulation - Understanding triggers, learning self-regulation, and expressing emotions in healthy ways.

Trauma & Difficult Experiences - Past events that continue to affect present behaviour, self-identity and relationships.
Sessions are structured while remaining conversational, and may involve talking through current challenges, reflecting on past experiences, learning how to work with stress and practising new ways of responding to conflict.

A confidential, judgement-free space
Clear goals and direction
Practical tools you can use immediately
